I am going to tell you what can be a web designer’s mistake to search engine optimization. If a client comes to you asking for their website to be high rated in google search engines, do not offer them an overall flash web site. Why, Do you ask? Flash web sites can give a cool interactive web experience but the bad part about them is; that they can’t be web crawled. Meaning that it will not list in search engines, so if someone is looking for; I don’t know let’s say a “Clothing Line” Web site, they won’t find it by keywords or interest because you have nothing that can be crawled on besides your top browser titles or “.com” name. So point blank, take consideration of SEOs way before you start thinking of how you want your clients web site to look like.
